Discovered tied up behind a local car dealership with only a blanket for comfort, Charles arrived needing time to heal both physically and emotionally. Thanks to the love of our volunteers and veterinary partners, this gentle soul is finally ready to find the one thing he's always deserved—a family who will never let him wonder if he's loved.
