Meet Walter - a quiet soul in search of peace.

At 10 years old, this hound has weathered a hard life and carries the weight of it in his eyes. Walter isn't one for loud chaos or playful pups - he's looking for a calm, understanding home where he can finally exhale. He prefers to keep to himself and would do best as the only dog in the house. While his heart is still guarded, the kindness of our volunteers is helping him remember what it feels like to be safe.
